How to access Monarch

Monarch access requires collecting four keys from Valkyries. Community guides use two names for the item—Frost Key and Frozen Key—but describe the same four-key requirement.

  1. Find and defeat Valkyries.
  2. Collect Frost/Frozen Keys from their drops.
  3. Obtain a total of four keys.
  4. Use the four keys to enter or summon the Monarch encounter.

Frost Key drop-rate reports
