Mashle Academy Quest and Mark Progression Guide
Progress through quests and marks
Mashle Academy progression centers on quests and marks. Community findings describe three quest categories: main quests, side quests, and daily quests. Marks expand the number of traits a character can use, making them an important part of long-term character development.
Quest types
Community reports distinguish quests by how they are completed and repeated.
| Quest type | How it progresses |
|---|---|
| Main quests | Follow an ordered progression. |
| Side quests | Can be completed once. |
| Daily quests | Can be repeated. |
Prioritize the available main quest path when you want to advance through the game's structured progression. Treat side quests as one-time objectives, and return to daily quests when repeatable progress is useful.
Marks and trait slots
A new character begins with one trait. By unlocking marks, an endgame character can have up to three traits.
| Progress point | Available traits |
|---|---|
| Start | 1 |
| Endgame, after unlocking marks | Up to 3 |
This makes marks more than a visual milestone: each unlocked mark can expand the number of trait choices available to your build. When deciding on traits early, account for the fact that your final setup can contain more traits than your starting setup.
Planning your progression
- Follow main quests in their required order.
- Complete side quests when their one-time completion fits your current goals.
- Use repeatable daily quests as part of an ongoing routine.
- Work toward unlocking marks to increase your available trait slots from one toward the three-trait endgame maximum.
- Revisit trait choices as additional slots become available, rather than treating the first trait as the entire build.
